Acai Smoothie

Acai Smoothie

You'll need

  • Frozen unsweetened acai
  • Fresh or frozen raspberries
  • Banana (green banana for low lectins)
  • Some almond butter
  • Almond/coconut milk

To make

  1. Blend all ingredients together with a good dash of almond or coconut milk
  2. Scoop into bowl and top with your favourite fruit toppings along with some organic bee pollen (for vegans who are OK with that), and toasted coconut flakes gives extra crunch
