Banana Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

You'll need

  • 150 gr (1 cup) unsweetened plain coconut yogurt⁠
  • 1 large frozen banana⁠
  • 25 gr (5 tsps) psylleum husk (or 40 gr (7 tsps) cooked soft millet⁠
  • 15 gr (3 tsps) raw cacao powder⁠
  • 20 gr (4 tsps) almond butter⁠
  • 10 gr (2 tsps) cacao nibs⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠
  • little unsweetened coconut milk
  • pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg⁠ (optional)

To make

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender except cacao nibs, and pulse until smooth
  2. Top with your choice of topping including blueberries, banana and nuts
