You'll need
- 150 gr (1 cup) unsweetened plain coconut yogurt
- 1 large frozen banana
- 25 gr (5 tsps) psylleum husk (or 40 gr (7 tsps) cooked soft millet
- 15 gr (3 tsps) raw cacao powder
- 20 gr (4 tsps) almond butter
- 10 gr (2 tsps) cacao nibs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- little unsweetened coconut milk
- pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)
To make
- Add all ingredients to a blender except cacao nibs, and pulse until smooth
- Top with your choice of topping including blueberries, banana and nuts
