- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 small bananas sliced
- 1/2 cup natural unsweetened coconut yoghurt
- 1/8 - 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbsp blanched raw almonds
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy, making sure the almonds are smooth in the mixture.
- Add to bowl and top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
