You'll need
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
- 1 scoop Otopia® Vanilla O'Fit Protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 frozen banana
To make
- Add all ingredients except for the topping to a high speed blender and blend until well combined, scraping down the sides and stirring as needed
- You want the consistency to be smooth and buttery. Continue blending, adding more almond butter and/or almond milk for thinner consistency, and a little more frozen cauliflower to thicken.
- Spoon mixture into a bowl and top with shredded coconut, fresh blueberries or a swirl of coconut cream
