You'll need
- 1 1/2 cups fresh frozen papaya cubes
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 small banana (previously peeled, sliced and frozen)
- 1 scoop Otopia® Vanilla O'Fit Protein powder
- 1/4 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1-2 tspn monk fruit or inulin sweetener (Optional)// or other natural sweetener of choice)
To make
- Add all ingredients (but only 1/2 the coconut milk) to blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
- Add the remainder of the coconut milk if needed (depending on consistency)
- Top with fresh raspberries, blackberries and coconut flakes
