Coconut-infused Tropical Smoothie

You'll need

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh frozen papaya cubes⁠
  • 1/2 cup raspberries⁠
  • 1 small banana (previously peeled, sliced and frozen)⁠
  • 1 scoop Otopia® Vanilla O'Fit Protein powder
  • 1/4 cup carrot juice⁠
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk⁠
  • 1-2 tspn monk fruit or inulin sweetener (Optional)// or other natural sweetener of choice)⁠

To make

  1. Add all ingredients (but only 1/2 the coconut milk) to blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
  2. Add the remainder of the coconut milk if needed (depending on consistency)⁠
  3. Top with fresh raspberries, blackberries and coconut flakes
