You'll need
- 1 banana, sliced (use green banana for lectin free)
- 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
- 2 teaspoons raw honey (optional) or add monk fruit sweetener
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
To make
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy
- Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy the deliciousness
