Healthy Chocolate Milkshake
You'll need
  • 100 mls full fat coconut cream (or milk if you prefer a lighter drink)⁠
  • 200mls unsweetened coconut milk or other plant based milk⁠
  • 1-2 tspn MCT oil ⁠
  • 2 tbsp non-alkalised unsweetened cocoa powder⁠
  • 1/2 tbsp almond butter⁠
  • 1/2 tbsp of yacon root powder⁠
  • To add a little extra sweetness add in monk fruit sweetener taste
  • For more protein, add a scoop of Otopia® Chocolate O'Fit Protein powder

To make

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy⁠
  2. A topping of shaved dark chocolate adds creates even more YUM
