Kiwi and Strawberry Smoothie Bowl⁠

You'll need

  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced (use green bananas for low ⁠lectins)⁠
  • 1½ cup fresh sliced strawberries ⁠
  • 1 kiwi, skin removed and chopped into chunks⁠
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk or yoghurt (if you use ⁠yoghurt you may need to add a splash of plant based ⁠milk)

To make

  1. Add ingredients to a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
  2. Add to your bowl and top with your favourite toppings⁠
