You'll need
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced (use green bananas for low lectins)
- 1½ cup fresh sliced strawberries
- 1 kiwi, skin removed and chopped into chunks
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk or yoghurt (if you use yoghurt you may need to add a splash of plant based milk)
To make
- Add ingredients to a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
- Add to your bowl and top with your favourite toppings
