Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

You'll need

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 ripe avocado 
  • 2 frozen bananas 
  • 1 large handful of baby spinach⁠
  • 1 couple of leaves of young baby kale 
  • Monkfruit sweetener(sprinkle as desired) 
  • Any plant-based milk 🥛⁠ (we love coconut milk)⁠. Add milk to make consistency as desired.
  • 2 scoops Otopia® Vanilla O'Fit Protein powder

To make

Blend all ingredients together and pour into bowls.⁠
Top with your faves - fresh blueberries, kiwi, coconut flakes and your fave seeds or nuts.⁠
