- 2 large mangoes (peeled, chopped & frozen) (mangos are high in sugar so consider this bowl as a special treat and only use mangoes in season)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons honey (or monk fruit as desired instead of honey)
- 1 frozen banana (use green banana if following a lectin free diet)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy - pour into bowls and top with your favourite toppings.
