Mango Smoothie Bowl

You'll need

  • 2 large mangoes (peeled, chopped & frozen) (mangos are high in sugar so consider this bowl as a special treat and only use mangoes in season)⁠
  • 1 cup coconut milk⁠
  • 1 cup almond milk⁠
  • 2 teaspoons honey (or monk fruit as desired instead of honey)⁠
  • 1 frozen banana (use green banana if following a lectin free diet)⁠

To make

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy - pour into bowls and top with your favourite toppings.⁠
