Millet Porridge

Millet Porridge
You'll need
  • 1/2 cup millet, rinsed and drained⁠
  • 1 1/2 cups water⁠
  • a very small pinch of sea salt⁠
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk⁠

To make

  1. In a saucepan place the millet and water on a medium heat and cook for approximately 15 minutes until the grain has puffed up
  2. Reduce heat to low, add coconut milk and simmer for a few minutes until heated through
  3. Remove from heat, pour in a bowl with extra coconut milk as desired and top with luscious berries, sliced banana, nuts and maple syrup (if desired)⁠
