You'll need
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana (use green banana if you're following lectin free diet)
- 6 strawberries
- 6-8 raspberries
- 1 scoop Otopia® Vanilla O'Fit Protein powder
To make
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
- Add more plant based milk for thinner consistency and more banana for a thicker smoothie
