You'll need
- 100 grams natural coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder or 1 scoop of Otopia® Vanilla O’Fit Protein powder
- 100 grams of raspberries (or any berry in season)
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Toasted coconut flakes and roughly chopped walnuts
- Drizzle of raw honey (optional)
To make
- Spoon the natural coconut yoghurt into bowl and layer with the berries
- Sprinkle with vanilla and cinnamon (option to stir the vanilla and cinnamon through the yoghurt if you prefer)
- Top with toasted coconut flakes and huts for some additional crunch!
Optional; drizzle with raw honey.
