Pesto Pasta

You'll need

  • Several big handfuls of baby spinach⁠
  • 1-2 big bunches of fresh basil (leaves only)⁠
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts (or other compliant nuts are OK ⁠such as walnuts or pine nuts)⁠
  • Several splashes of apple cider vinegar⁠
  • juice of 1 squeezed lemon⁠
  • Several lugs of olive oil⁠
  • Salt to taste (use good quality sea salt)⁠
  • Nutritional yeast flakes - use as much as you need to ⁠
  • get that cheesy taste⁠

To make

  1. Stir the pesto sauce though freshly cooked sorghum pasta ⁠
  2. Top with a sprinkling of nutritional yeast flakes (optional) and a some torn basil leaves
