Vegan Chocolate Milk⁠

You'll need

  • 1 cup coconut milk⁠
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk ⁠
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder⁠
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free semi-sweet mini chocolate chips (70% cacao)⁠
  • Monk fruit sweetener approx 2 teaspoons (more or less for desired taste)⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠
  • for more protein, add a scoop of Otopia® Chocolate O’Fit Protein powder

To make

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave⁠
  2. Add to all other ingredients and blend in high speed blender until smooth and creamy⁠
  3. Pour into glasses and top with your favourite topping⁠
