You'll need
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons dairy free semi-sweet mini chocolate chips (70% cacao)
- Monk fruit sweetener approx 2 teaspoons (more or less for desired taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- for more protein, add a scoop of Otopia® Chocolate O’Fit Protein powder
To make
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave
- Add to all other ingredients and blend in high speed blender until smooth and creamy
- Pour into glasses and top with your favourite topping
