Vegan Matcha Protein Balls

You'll need

  • 3/4 cup of Otopia® Vanilla O'Fit Protein powder
  • 8 tablespoons of coconut flour ⁠
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder⁠
  • 1 tblsp MCT oil⁠
  • 200g of almond butter ⁠
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped dates⁠
  • 2 tablespoons of water ⁠
  • Crushed almonds - 1 large handful⁠
  • Sprinkle of cacao nibs (to your liking)⁠
  • Sprinkle of crushed flaxseeds⁠

To make

  1. To begin, in a food processor with a sharp blade, add the flaxseeds. Blend on high speed until broken into very fine pieces; about 30 seconds. Add the nuts and blitz for a further 30 seconds
  2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix
  3. Form into protein balls (it helps to use a tablespoon to scoop out mixture)⁠
