Warm Baby Bok Choy with Sesame Dressing⁠

You'll need

  • 1/4 cup golden monkfruit 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil⁠ 
  • (or you can switch out some of the olive oil for toasted sesame oil which increases the nutty flavour)⁠
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar⁠. If you don’t have it, don’t worry. Use lemon juice, cider vinegar, rice vinegar, or white vinegar instead.⁠
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos 

To make

  1. Sautee prepared bok choy in a non stick pan.⁠
  2. Mix the ingredients above and add at the last moment - Serve!
